Job Summary

The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, increasing sales, maintaining attractive product displays, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience. Sales Promoters are commonly hired by fashion, electronics, beauty, and lifestyle brands in DB Mall. LinkedIn+1

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Demonstrate products and explain features and perks.
- Recommend suitable products to increase sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are neatly arranged.
- Handle billing support or coordinate with the cashier when required.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve basic queries.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.




- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock availability and replenishment.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 6 –2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (freshers may be considered by some employers).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. WorkIndia+1
