We are hiring Graduate Freshers for a Customer Support (Voice) role in Airoli, Mumbai.

Job Details:

- Role: Customer Support – Voice
- Eligibility: Graduates only
- Pass-out Years: 2024, 2025 & 2026
- Salary: Up to 2.8 LPA
- In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 + up to ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
- Shift: Rotational
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs
- Cab Facility: Available
- Job Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain qualified communication and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
