Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Coordinator – CSR Programs to support the coordination and implementation of CSR infrastructure projects at the grassroots level.

The role will primarily involve coordinating with internal teams, implementation partners, vendors, contractors, communities, schools, government representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of infrastructure and community development programs.

The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to CSR, NGO/development sector programs, infrastructure projects, or grassroots implementation and should be comfortable with regular field travel and working directly with communities and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Coordination & Implementation

- Coordinate and support the implementation of CSR infrastructure programs at the grassroots level.
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of assigned projects as per approved plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, contractors, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Track project activities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and the central/project management team.

2. Field-Level Implementation & Monitoring

- Conduct regular field visits to project locations in Amravati, Wardha, Vapi, and surrounding areas as required.
- Monitor the progress of infrastructure and community development activities at the grassroots level.
- Coordinate with schools, communities, local institutions, government stakeholders, and other beneficiaries.




- Identify field-level challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Verify implementation progress and ensure activities are being carried out as per project requirements.

3. Infrastructure Project Coordination

- Support implementation of infrastructure interventions such as school infrastructure, healthcare infrastructure, WASH facilities, community infrastructure, renovation, repair, and other CSR-led development initiatives.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Monitor work progress, quality, material requirements, and project timelines.
- Support field-level verification and documentation of completed work.
- Escalate delays, quality concerns, and implementation challenges to the reporting manager.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a coordination point between the organization, CSR teams, implementation partners, local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
- Coordinate field visits, review meetings, inspections, and project-related activities.




- Develop and maintain positive relationships with grassroots stakeholders and community representatives.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare regular field visit reports and project implementation updates.
- Maintain project trackers covering activities, timelines, progress, and deliverables.
- Support preparation of MIS, presentations, project reports, and CSR/donor documentation.
- Maintain photographs, field records, completion documents, and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project updates.

6. CSR Program Support

- Support the Program Manager/Project Manager in planning and executing CSR initiatives.
- Assist in tracking project outcomes, beneficiaries, and impact indicators.
- Participate in project reviews and support identification of implementation gaps.
- Ensure project activities are aligned with approved CSR objectives and implementation plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Civil Engineering, Rural Development, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CSR, NGO/development sector, infrastructure programs, project coordination, or grassroots implementation.
- Prior exposure to CSR projects and field-level program implementation is preferred.
- Experience in coordinating infrastructure/community development projects will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to undertake regular field travel across project locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
