We're Hiring: IT Sales Associate (Remote)

INCODIFY is a growing IT startup looking for a motivated IT Sales Associate to help us connect with businesses and generate new client opportunities for our website and software development services.

Position Details:

Role: IT Sales Associate
Experience: 3 Months – 6 Months
Mode: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential business clients through Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, Justdial, and other publicly available platforms.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach.
3. Reach out to business owners and introduce INCODIFY's IT services.
4. Understand the client's basic requirements and qualify potential leads.
5. Schedule meetings between interested clients and the founders.
6. Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and meeting status in Google Sheets or CRM.
7. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

1. 3 Months to 6 Months of experience in IT Sales,



Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.
2. Freshers are not eligible for this role.
3. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
4. Confident in speaking with business owners over phone and online.
5. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote workplace.
6. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools is an added advantage.
