Lead Generation: Call potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and generate new leads through various channels. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, explain property details, layouts, and investment opportunities effectively. Site Visits: Schedule and coordinate property site visits for prospective buyers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors. Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, daily activity logs, and follow-up reports. Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock higher bonuses.
