Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, core HR operations, and KPI/performance framework design across multiple departments. The candidate will be responsible for driving hiring strategy, strengthening HR processes, and setting measurable performance benchmarks for different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for open positions.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus/industry networking.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Design, implement, and track KPIs and performance metrics tailored to different departments (sales, operations, support, etc.).
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and support managers in goal-setting and evaluation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
- Maintain HR MIS, hiring reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory HR requirements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing KPIs/performance metrics across departments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycles, HR policies, and labor compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing strategies and interview process management.
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-department organization.
- Strong analytical skills for building HR dashboards and performance reports.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small HR/TA team.
- Conflict resolution and employee counseling experience.
