Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice) – Experienced

Outpace Consultancy is hiring experienced professionals for a Customer Support (Non-Voice) role. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in international calling and strong communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining service quality in a global support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions through appropriate support channels.
- Use knowledge gained from international calling experience to understand and address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up details.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and effective problem-solving.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or support tools.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

- Maximum CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
- Maximum In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹29,000 per month
- Salary Hike: 30% over last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offered package
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400 per month
- Cab Facility: One-way cab available
- Incentives: Applicable incentives
- Work Schedule: 5 days working
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs
- Shift: Rotational shifts
