Role Overview
SwordNex Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations. This role provides practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, employee documentation, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist in attendance tracking and HR administrative tasks.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Support HR activities such as internship management and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA or related degree.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
