Key Responsibilities
Explain residential project details to potential homebuyers
Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and participation in real estate expos
Act as an intermediary during negotiations between buyers and sellers
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
Maintain daily sales activity reports
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, loan options, legal requirements, and related matters
Accompany clients for site visits and guide them on property suitability and value
Experience : 1-3 years
CTC : 4.2 - 5LPA
