Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage finished goods dispatch operations, coordinate with internal departments and transporters, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning and execution.
- Ensure on-time and error-free dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, Accounts and Logistics teams.
- Prepare dispatch schedules, invoices, delivery challans and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Verify product quantity, batch details and dispatch documents before loading.
- Monitor vehicle loading and dispatch activities.
- Maintain daily dispatch MIS and operational reports.
- Track pending deliveries and follow up with transporters.
- Ensure proper stock reconciliation and dispatch documentation.
- Handle distributor and customer dispatch-related queries.




- Manage dispatch team performance and ensure SOP compliance.
- Maintain safety, discipline and housekeeping in the dispatch area.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Operations.
- FMCG / Food Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Team handling and problem-solving ability.
- Positive planning, follow-up and time management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and finished goods management.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Dispatch, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
- Any Graduate.
- FMCG / Food Industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Salary will be based on relevant experience, skills and interview performance.
