Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Delhi | Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow Commander Victor Mic – The Untold Story across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Create weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Identify engaging clips from podcasts for Reels & YouTube Shorts.
- Write strong hooks, titles, captions and descriptions.
- Coordinate with video editors and designers.
- Manage YouTube uploads, SEO, thumbnails and content packaging.
- Track trends and develop new content ideas.
- Monitor analytics, engagement, reach, CTR and channel growth.
- Maintain a consistent Commander Victor Mic brand identity.




- should have knowledge of how to run Google Ads and Meta Ads Campaign.

Requirements

- 1+ years of social media/content experience.
- Strong understanding of YouTube & Instagram growth.
- Positive English and Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Understanding of storytelling, trends and viral short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, YouTube Studio and social media tools.
- Experience with podcasts, creators or personal brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
