Artist Representative & Management — R-Mridul

MARS Management | Remote / Remote-first | Full-time / Part time

MARS Management is looking for an Artist Representative & Brand Lead to work closely with R-Mridul, Rap Artist, Lyricist and Founder.

R-Mridul is known for his lyrical depth, distinctive pen game and strong cultural roots, blending Hindi, Urdu, Awadhi and Bhojpuri influences with contemporary Hip-Hop. He has appeared on MTV Hustle, with distribution across Netflix & JioHotstar, and currently has a 1L+ combined audience with millions of views/reach.

This is not a traditional coordination or assistant role. MARS Management already has an established network, industry relationships, outreach pipelines and business ecosystem. We are looking for someone who can become the professional front-face of R-Mridul's business and help grow the artist as a distinctive brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent R-Mridul on calls and meetings with brands, agencies, event companies and industry professionals.
- Handle performance, event, brand and collaboration enquiries.
- Communicate with clients, negotiate basic commercials and coordinate opportunities from enquiry to closure.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and ongoing business relationships.
- Explore new brand partnerships, live opportunities, collaborations and business opportunities.
- Contribute ideas to build R-Mridul as a long-term artist brand, including the SHABDSHILPI title.
- Provide input on social-media aesthetics, visual presentation, decks and overall artist positioning.

- Punctuality and ability to manage scheduled calls and commitments.
- Genuine interest in Indian Hip-Hop, music, culture and entertainment.
- Understanding of basic business communication and commercial conversations.




- Ability to understand and authentically represent an artist's personality and creative POV.
- A good aesthetic sense and understanding of digital/social-media presentation is a plus.

Previous artist-management experience is NOT mandatory.

We are open to passionate newcomers and professionals transitioning from events, marketing, PR, media, sales, advertising or other client-facing industries.

Work & Compensation

- Work: Remote / Remote-first
- Hours: Approximately 18–25 hours per week
- Availability: Must be available for scheduled weekday business calls and important meetings when required.
- Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer + commission on eligible closed deals.
