We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing plant in Bommasandra, Bengaluru.

This is a plant HR role and we are specifically looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, labour management and workforce administration.

+ Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), labour and employee relations
- Manage union-related matters, grievances, disciplinary issues and domestic enquiries
- Handle permanent workforce and contract labour
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws and statutory requirements
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and HR administration
- Liaise with labour authorities, contractors and other external stakeholders
- Drive employee engagement, training, performance management and workforce discipline




- Prepare HR MIS and support plant management on people-related matters

+ We Are Looking For

- 7–12 years of HR experience
- Mandatory manufacturing plant HR experience
- Robust exposure to IR, labour management and union handling
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce and contract labour
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
- Candidates currently based in Bengaluru preferred
