ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Voter Outreach Volunteer at CryptoMize you will help and guide the voters of the campaign you are campaigning for:



implementing grassroots field strategies, leading and carrying out initiatives such as phone banks, and building the grassroots volunteer groups in your community that sustain direct voter contact, volunteer recruitment and volunteer retention. Within the boundaries of your designated territory you will establish a powerful, inclusive presence — one the campaign is remembered by when the vote is counted.

You will work to forge close ties with neighbourhood stakeholders: constituency groups, local party officials and members, community activists, grassroots organizations, and partner and ally groups. This relationship web is the durable asset — campaigns end, the presence persists — and you will contribute to the local volunteer infrastructure that serves the current election cycle and the success of the ones after it.

You will reach or surpass metric-based targets for direct voter contact, volunteer recruitment and retention, logging every outcome cleanly for the analysts and strategists who steer the campaign.
