Position: Account Executive

- Experience: 4–5 years in accounting roles
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Qualification: M. Com or Inter CA
- Skills: Solid knowledge of Accounting, GST, Finance and TDS is must

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities –

Key responsibilities will include the following:

● Managing complete accounting operations and ensuring accurate maintenance of books of accounts in ERP/Orion system.

● Preparation of MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management review

● Supervise and review the accurate preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C)

● Conduct complex Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations monthly basis, matching purchase records against GSTR-2B to maximize eligible credits and minimize tax exposure.

● Preparation of monthly ITC working sheet for management review.

● Reconcile output tax liabilities with financial ledgers and sales data.

● Deep understanding of Indian income tax laws, specifically regarding TDS sections, rate structures, timely deductions,



and statutory compliance with TDS Reconciliation with BOA vs 26AS & Vendors Ledger.

● Timely computation & payment of Statutory dues ( TDS, GST, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, PT)

● Handling multi-state GST compliance including:

o GSTR filings

o GST reconciliations

o E-way bills

o Input Tax Credit (ITC) verification

o Vendor GST matching

o GST-related documentation and compliance.

● Monitoring and reconciliation of all ledgers,( Debtors /Creditors), intercompany accounts, and financial records.

● Managing vendor reconciliation, debit notes, credit notes, payable management, and vendor compliance processes

● Coordinating and supporting:

o Statutory Audit

o Internal Audit

o Tax Audit

o GST Audit

o Financial reviews and compliance inspections

● Performing any other finance, accounts, compliance, commercial, operational, or management responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Candidates with advanced Microsoft Excel expertise will be prioritised.

You should be highly comfortable managing large datasets using functions like XLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, Pivot Tables, and advanced text/conditional formulas.

Pay: ₹10,842.13 - ₹40,000.00 per month
