- Supervise and monitor daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Plan and allocate work to operators and production workers based on production requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given time and quality standards.
- Monitor the production process and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
- Maintain daily production records, attendance, and shift reports.
- Calculate and maintain employees’ working hours and overtime (OT) details.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams to resolve day-to-day issues.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
