Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Management Training Programme. This is a 6–12 month development programme designed to provide hands-on experience across marketing, customer engagement, leadership, team management, and business operations. Participants receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, developing the skills required to progress into future management roles.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in a structured training programme covering marketing, leadership, team management, and business operations.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and development programmes led by experienced professionals.
- Gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing and customer engagement during the initial stage.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and client campaigns.




- Collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, and support ongoing projects.
- Participate in regular performance reviews to track progress and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, leadership, business development, & management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude with a strong ambition for career growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
