2. Lead Qualification & Conversion: Contacting leads generated by marketing, assessing student fit, delivering course value, and converting them into paid admissions.
3. Academic Counseling & Consultation: Evaluating student academic baselines, learning gaps, and goals to recommend tailored course packages and learning tracks.
4. Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Systematically re-engaging undecided parents through structured calls and WhatsApp communications to move them down the funnel.
5. Objection Handling: Addressing parent concerns regarding pricing, class timing, course duration, and tutor capability to secure enrollments.
6. CRM & Database Updates: Recording lead statuses, call notes, engagement histories, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
7. Seat Booking & Fee Collection Coordination: Processing student registration details, collecting initial installments or booking fees, and coordinating with Finance.
8. Student Onboarding Handover: Transferring enrolled student profiles, subject choices, and payment details to Operations and Academics to initiate classes.
9. Free Trial & Demo Coordination: Booking trial sessions, securing post-demo feedback, and pitching full program enrollments based on parent interest.
10. Discount & Offer Closing: Applying management-approved scholarships,
fee installment structures, and seasonal offers to close pending deals.
11. Marketing Lead Quality Feedback: Communicating lead quality insights and campaign feedback to Digital Marketing to help refine audience targeting.
12. Re-enrollment & Upselling: Encashing course completion cycles by enrolling students into next-grade programs or additional subject packages.
13. Referral Generation: Engaging existing parents and students to generate word-of-mouth recommendations and new enrollment leads.
14. Lost Lead Re-engagement: Re-contacting dormant or previously unconverted leads when recent offers, batches, or courses launch.
15. Custom Payment Structuring: Setting up customized installment plans for financially constrained parents after obtaining required Finance approvals.
16. Competitor Sales Benchmarking: Monitoring competitor course pricing, value additions, and sales pitches to refine EDSTAQ’s value propositions.
17. Missed Call & After-Hours Recovery: Tracking and responding to after-hours inquiries, weekend messages, and missed calls promptly on the next business day.
18. Testimonial & Review Collection Support: Assisting Academic and Marketing teams in collecting parent feedback, Google reviews, and success stories post-enrollment.
