About the Role

Pro Talentish India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Recruitment & Manpower Staffing operations.

The role focuses on candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing, candidate communication, lead generation and converting interested candidates into successful hiring/joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate candidate/job-seeker data through online and offline sources.
- Promote job opportunities through WhatsApp, social media, job groups and other platforms.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities, salary, location and benefits.
- Identify candidates who are genuinely interested in available positions.
- Maintain and update the Positive Candidate Response Data List.
- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Convert positive candidate responses into interviews, selections and successful joining.
- Maintain candidate data and follow-up records in Excel / Google Sheets.




- Build a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
- Support recruitment marketing and candidate outreach campaigns.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Prepare reports on candidate leads, positive responses, interviews and joining conversions.

Candidate Conversion Process

Candidate Data → Contact → Job Explanation → Positive Response → Follow-Up → Interview → Selection → Joining

Required Skills

- Good communication skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing / Recruitment / Sales.
- Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to work with candidate data.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

Salary
