We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers and transporters, ensure timely loading and delivery, and maintain accurate dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters and loading staff.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices and delivery details.
- Track vehicles and follow up with drivers for delivery status.
- Maintain daily dispatch, vehicle and delivery records.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams regarding order priority and availability.
- Ensure the correct quantity and product is loaded against each order.
- Monitor loading and dispatch schedules to avoid delays.
- Follow up for POD/Delivery confirmation.
- Report delays, shortages, damages or other dispatch issues to management.
- Maintain proper Excel reports for dispatch, vehicle movement and pending deliveries.




- Handle multiple dispatches simultaneously and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple drivers and transporters.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, packaged water or similar distribution business will be an advantage.

- Able to handle pressure and last-minute dispatch changes.
- Comfortable working with drivers and warehouse/loading teams.
- Should have a practical, problem-solving approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
