Job roles and responsibility-

· Proactively identifying, evaluating, and controlling potential hazards, and performing job safety analysis (JSA) to prevent accidents.

· Conducting regular, routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure adherence to safety standards, including PPE usage and proper waste disposal.

· Developing, updating, and enforcing company safety policies and procedures in alignment with legal standards.

· Educating employees on secure work practices, conducting safety inductions, and organizing training sessions.

· Investigating accidents, near-misses, and injuries to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

· Organizing emergency drills (e.g., fire drills) and managing emergency procedures, such as evacuations.

· Maintaining accurate, detailed records of safety inspections, training, incidents, and audits.

· Promoting safety awareness among employees and communicating safety updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
