Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Location: Mohali
Shift: US/Night Shift

Responsibilities: Handle calls with US customers regarding insurance and diabetes-related supplies Verify insurance details and eligibility Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance Maintain accurate customer records Follow company and process guidelines
Requirements: Positive communication skills Basic computer knowledge Comfortable working in US/night shifts Freshers are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
