Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years in Garment Production / Apparel Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow the production plan and instructions given by the Production Manager.
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the factory floor.
- Coordinate with workers and production teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow up on cutting, stitching, checking, measurement/size checking, finishing and packing.
- Ensure production is completed according to the required quantity and daily targets.
- Check the workmanship and basic garment quality during production.
- Monitor size, measurement and construction as per the approved sample/specification.
- Identify production issues and immediately inform the Production Manager.
- Follow up with the concerned team to resolve production delays and quality issues.
- Maintain daily production status and report completed and pending quantities to the Manager.




- Ensure the production team follows the required quality and production standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to avoid production delays.
- Support the Production Manager in achieving daily and weekly production targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in garment production / apparel manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of cutting, stitching and garment production processes.
- Should know how to check garment measurements, sizes and workmanship.
- Should be able to supervise workers and follow up with the production team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined and able to work under production pressure.
- Tiruppur garment industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates who have worked as Production Supervisor / Line Supervisor / Garment Supervisor / Production In-charge can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
