Urgent Requirement - The candidate should have minimum five years experience having knowledge in construction of commercial buildings in structure, finishing, Hardscape works & interior works along with basic computer MS office skills.

Execute and supervise complete civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, block work, plastering, and finishing.

Handle end-to-end site execution from start to handover.

Manage labour, contractors, and vendors efficiently under tight timelines.

Ensure quality control as per drawings and company standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and clients.

Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates.

Ensure materials planning, checking, and usage optimization.





Handle site challenges and pressure situations effectively.

Ensure all works are completed within the given timeline.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Required Skills:

Robust knowledge of civil construction and finishing works

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
