Job Description

Steam Turbine and Generator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with proven experience in steam turbine and generator Erection, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Erection & Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Erection:

Template setting TG

LP Turbine erection

HP, IP Turbine erection

Turbine auxiliary, piping

TG Erection with OEM standard.





Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems such as lubrication, cooling, and steam cycle equipment.

Conduct detailed inspections of rotors, bearings, seals, blades, and other critical components to ensure integrity and compliance with operational standards.

Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and engineering teams during major overhauls or upgrades.

Technical Documentation and Reporting

Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance analyses.
Update maintenance records in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for equipment improvements, operational strategies, and reliability enhancement
