- Assist in daily plant operation activities and ensure smooth running of machines.
- Support routine checks and basic maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Help in troubleshooting minor issues and escalate major faults to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules under guidance.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with plant rules.
- Maintain straightforward logs and reports of daily activities.
- Support vendor coordination for spares and services when required
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–4 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of plant machinery and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Excel preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
