Working Hours - Full-Time, 8 Hours/Day (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM or as per campus timetable)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
LMES Foundation is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Resident STEM Trainer to

deliver hands-on science, robotics, gliders, and electronics education at Orange British

Academy. The candidate will serve as the primary on-campus instructional lead for 225

students across Grades 3 to 9.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

A. Practical Classroom Delivery & Pedagogy

● Conduct 72 Core Course Sessions and 9 Recap Sessions annually across 3 grade

categories (Grades 3–5, 6–7, and 8–9) following LMES standardized activity sheets.

● Deliver practical, project-based concepts covering Aeromodelling, Electronics, Gliders,

Rocket Science, and Robotics.

● Guide students during 20 dedicated Innovation Days, encouraging open-ended ideation

and practical DIY prototyping.

● Efficiently manage classroom dynamics across 7 operational batches utilizing a 1:5

student-to-kit sharing ratio.

B. Hardware Maintenance & SLA Adherence

● Conduct weekly audits and routine maintenance testing for all 50 STEM hardware kits

and microcontrollers.

● Resolve minor technical issues on-site within 24 hours.

● Maintain hardware stock logs,



track component wear-and-tear, and coordinate warranty

replacements with the LMES central support desk.

C. Learning Assessment & Portal Administration

● Conduct diagnostic Pre- and Post-module student evaluations on the digital LMS

platform.

● Maintain daily student attendance records and track project completion metrics.

D. Compliance & Campus Interaction

● Maintain skilled conduct and build positive relationships with school leadership and

parents.

● Strictly enforce child safety protocols under the POCSO Act 2012 and campus safety

mandates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Academic & Technical Eligibility

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc) in Electronics, Physics, Mechanical,

Electrical, Computer Science, or Robotics/Mechatronics.

Core Competencies

● Technical Aptitude: Sound knowledge of basic electronics, circuit tracing, sensor boards,

mechanical assembly, and microcontrollers.

● Communication Skills: Fluency in Tamil and English(for effective student

engagement,digital portal logging and reporting).

● Aptitude: High energy, patience with young learners, and strong classroom management

capability.

Pay: ₹15,400.87 - ₹22,681.80 per month
