JOB TITLE: HR Recruiter – HR Intern

Location: Deccan, Pune

Internship Duration: 6 Months – Compulsory

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and collect relevant candidate details.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, joining, and documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles/CVs with clients and the internal team.
- Post job openings on various recruitment portals.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Maintain proper records of candidate communication and recruitment status.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily work updates.




- Learn and handle end-to-end recruitment activities under guidance.

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet/job portals.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
- Must be willing to complete the full 6-month internship.

KEY

Pay: ₹8,301.50 - ₹10,817.63 per month
