Job Responsibilities:

HR Role:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment - posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Handling joining formalities, induction, and documentation of new employees
- Maintaining employee database, attendance, and leave records
- Assisting in payroll data preparation and coordination
- Handling employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
- Maintaining personal files and HR MIS reports
- Supporting in employee engagement activities

Admin Role:

- Managing daily office administration and front office
- Handling office supplies, stationery, pantry,



and housekeeping coordination
- Managing courier, inward/outward, filing, and documentation
- Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and services
- Travel, cab, and accommodation coordination for staff
- Assisting in organizing meetings and company events
- Maintaining petty cash and admin expenses

Skills Required:

- 1-2 years of experience in HR + Admin work
- Graduate, MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Bengali
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Email communicationEnergetic, organized, and willing to learn
- Should be from Siliguri / nearby and able to join immediately

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
