Administration and Management
- Make staff duty rosters and shift schedules
- Hire, place, and transfer nurses to different units
- Plan and manage the nursing budget
- Order medical supplies and check equipment
- Solve staff conflicts and handle disciplinary actions
Patient Care and Quality Control
- Do daily rounds in hospital wards and units
- Check that care standards and safety rules are met
- Review patient reports and audit nursing work
- Fix complaints from patients or family members
Education and Staff Growth
- Plan training programs for current nurses and students
- Guide and counsel subordinate staff
- Hold regular staff meetings to discuss updates
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
