We are looking for 1 skilled and dedicated AI Content Producer / Video Editor to work primarily on our YouTube content production.

The candidate will be responsible for creating both Long-Form and Short-Form YouTube videos using AI tools, generated footage, stock/archive footage, voiceovers, and professional video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert scripts into proper scene-by-scene breakdowns
- Generate relevant video footage using Google Flow / Veo
- Find and organize suitable stock footage, archival footage, images, and supporting visual materials
- Work with ElevenLabs voiceovers and synchronize narration with visuals
- Edit complete videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar professional editing software
- Add background music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles/captions, motion elements, and basic color grading
- Create engaging YouTube Long-Form videos as well as Shorts/Reels-style content
- Maintain proper pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, and overall video quality
- Follow the provided script, content direction, and production guidelines

Required Skills

- Valuable practical knowledge of the Google Flow interface and Veo video generation workflow is mandatory
- Good video editing skills
- Understanding of YouTube-style storytelling and content creation
- Ability to understand a script and convert it into engaging visuals
- Basic knowledge of AI-generated video/content workflows
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned projects on time
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously

Knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut will be preferred.

Asansol or Kolkata, West Bengal

The position is currently Work From Home, but it may later be converted into a Work From Office position. Therefore, location is an important requirement.

Salary & Growth

Starting Salary: ₹10,000/month

After approximately 6 months, based on performance, skills, reliability, productivity, and content quality, the salary may be increased to approximately:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Salary growth will be performance-based and is not automatic.

Candidates who consistently perform well may also receive additional performance incentives/bonuses.

Working Schedule

- Full-Time Position
- Sunday Off
- Monday to Saturday working days
- If additional/overtime work is officially required, overtime payment will be provided accordingly
