We are looking for a senior pharma industry professional to join Synthrova as a Strategic Industry Advisor.

We are building E-Ledger, a shared digital ledger for regulated supply chains, starting with the pharmaceutical sector.

We have a working PoC and are now focused on validating the product with the industry and identifying our first Design Partners.

At this stage, we need someone who has deep, practical experience inside the pharmaceutical industry and can help us bridge the gap between technology and real-world enterprise adoption.

Who we are looking for

Ideally:

- 15+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with a pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor, CDMO, or major pharma technology organization
- Former or current senior-level experience such as VP, Director, Head, CIO, CTO, COO, Supply Chain Head, Quality Head, IT Head, Digital Transformation Head, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of pharma supply-chain operations and distribution
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or other enterprise platforms
- Understanding of GxP, GMP/GDP, quality systems, validation, audit and regulatory requirements
- Practical exposure to serialization, traceability, batch/lot tracking, or pharmaceutical data systems would be highly valuable
- Experience leading or participating in digital transformation / technology implementation projects




- Strong understanding of how technology decisions are evaluated and purchased by pharmaceutical organizations
- Existing relationships with senior stakeholders across pharma manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, QA, IT or regulatory functions would be an advantage

- Challenge and validate our assumptions
- Help us identify the right initial use cases
- Guide E-Ledger's product direction
- Help us understand enterprise and regulatory requirements
- Introduce us to relevant industry stakeholders where appropriate
- Help us develop our Design Partner and pilot strategy
- Participate in important industry and customer discussions
- Help us move from PoC → Design Partner → Pilot → Commercial Deployment
