Key Responsibilities

· Handle maintenance of Plastic Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding machines and associated equipment.

· Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.

· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.

· Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.

· Monitor machine performance, breakdown frequency and maintenance effectiveness.

· Maintain machine-wise maintenance history and records.

· Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, contactors and control systems.

· Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD/servo drives and automation systems.

· Troubleshoot PLC-related faults and coordinate with OEM/service engineers when required.

· Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, solenoids and FRL units.

· Maintain plant utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, pumps, water circulation systems and air dryers.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans and monitor PM compliance.

· Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated or major breakdowns and implement corrective/preventive actions.

· Drive reduction in breakdown hours, downtime and maintenance cost; improve MTBF and MTTR.

· Support TPM, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement activities.

· Maintain critical spare parts and coordinate with suppliers, OEMs and external maintenance agencies.

· Lead and supervise the maintenance team, allocate work and provide technical guidance.

· Maintain PM schedules, breakdown reports, machine history cards and maintenance MIS.

· Monitor KPIs including machine uptime, breakdown hours, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance and maintenance cost.





· Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, 5S, TPM and applicable quality/environmental requirements.

Required Qualification

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

· Additional technical qualification in Plastics/Moulding will be an advantage.

Required Experience

· 6–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.

· Mandatory/relevant experience in Automotive Components, Plastic Injection Moulding or Blow Moulding industry.

· Hands-on experience in moulding machine maintenance is preferred.

· Experience in maintenance team handling and maintenance planning.

· Ability to work under production pressure and attend critical breakdowns.

· Strong focus on machine uptime, safety and continuous improvement.

Pay: Up to ₹780,000.00 per year
