- Coordinate and schedule customer test drives as per availability.
- Explain basic vehicle features and ensure customers have a comfortable test-drive experience.
- Maintain proper records of test drives and customer feedback.
- Ensure test-drive vehicles are clean, charged/fuelled, and ready for customers.
- Check vehicle condition and report any issues to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives regarding test drive requirements.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries as per the scheduled date and time.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is properly cleaned, inspected, and ready for handover.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, Registration, and PDI teams for timely delivery.




- Verify delivery documents and ensure all required items are ready before delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle accessories fitment and other delivery requirements.
- Ensure proper handover of the vehicle and basic feature orientation to the customer.
- Maintain delivery schedules, records, and checklists.
- Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to dealership and Tata Motors customer experience standards

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
