About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – School Books to manage the development, positioning, and market adoption of our K-12 school book portfolio. The role will work closely with editorial, sales, marketing, and design teams to create products aligned with school and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop product strategies for school textbooks across different markets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
- Visit schools with sales teams to understand requirements and gather feedback.
- Develop product presentations, content kits, and sales-support materials.
- Coordinate product launches, teacher orientation sessions, and demonstrations.
- Work with editorial and design teams on product development and improvements.
- Monitor market response, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Support sales teams in increasing product adoption across schools.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in school book publishing / K-12 education products preferred.




- Valuable understanding of the school education and textbook market.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and market activities.
