Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assist couples throughout their treatment or service journey.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with couples and provide clear information about appointments and required documents.
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient and couple records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Follow up with couples regarding appointments, reports, medications, and treatment plans.
- Address routine queries and coordinate with the appropriate department for medical concerns.
- Provide professional and compassionate support to couples.
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned processes.




- Maintain daily reports and update management regarding follow-ups and pending activities.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare qualification.
- Experience in a hospital, fertility clinic, healthcare, or customer-service environment is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
