Role: Financial Advisor – US Process (ACA)

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers.

* Assess customer eligibility for ACA health insurance plans.

* Guide clients through enrollment and explain plan perks clearly.

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Comfortable with US night shifts.

* Graduates & Undergraduates both welcome.

Shift Details:

* Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

* Working Days: Monday to Friday

Walk-In Interview:

* Timing: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
