About the Role

We are looking for CA Article Assistants / Article Trainees who are enthusiastic about learning, willing to take responsibility, and want to build strong practical exposure in Audit, GST, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and Accounting.

This is an opportunity for students who want their articleship to be more than routine compliance work. You will get exposure to real clients, practical assignments, audits, financial statements and tax matters, while working closely with senior professionals.

Key Learning & Responsibilities

- Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit assignments.
- Work on GST compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, reconciliations and GST notices.
- Assist in Income Tax return preparation, TDS compliance, tax audit and related workings.
- Gain practical exposure to Tally Prime, accounting and finalisation of books of accounts.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, receivable/payable reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
- Work on ROC/MCA compliances and corporate law-related assignments.
- Participate in client discussions and information gathering for audit and compliance assignments.
- Prepare audit working papers, reconciliations, schedules and supporting documentation.
- Assist seniors in researching and resolving practical accounting, taxation and compliance issues.
- Get exposure to businesses across different industries and understand how accounting and taxation work in real-world situations.

Who We Are Looking For

- CA Students eligible for articleship / Article Assistants.
- Candidates with a strong desire to learn and develop practical skills.
- Good understanding of basic Accounting and Taxation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally will be an advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work responsibly.
- Candidates who are willing to learn, ask questions and take ownership of their work.
