Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design and execute engaging visual experiences across retail environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of aesthetics, display design, branding, customer behavior, and retail presentation.

Fresh graduates from design-related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior Visual Merchandising or retail display experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies for retail stores and brand environments.
- Design attractive product displays, showcase arrangements, and promotional setups.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand standards across all retail locations.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and store teams to implement campaigns and seasonal displays.
- Monitor store presentation standards and recommend improvements.
- Create concepts for window displays, in-store branding, and customer experience enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for display materials and installations.




- Stay updated on retail design trends, consumer behavior, and merchandising best practices.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in:
- Fashion Communication
- Visual Communication
- Graphic Design
- Interior Design
- Retail Design
- Exhibition Design
- Product Design
- Communication Design
- Any Design-related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

- Freshers with solid creative portfolios are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Store Planning, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and retail aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel between retail locations if required.
