We are looking for an MIS executive & below is JD :
Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Consolidation: Gather data from multiple sources, including internal databases, CRM systems, ERP platforms, and spreadsheets, across different business units.
- Report Generation: Create and distribute routine and ad-hoc management reports (e.g., sales performance, operational efficiency, inventory trackers).
- Data Validation & Quality Control: Perform regular audits to clean data, fix broken formulas, remove duplicates, and ensure strict accuracy before presentation.
- Dashboard Design: Build visually compelling and interactive dashboards using modern BI tools to replace manual, text-heavy spreadsheets.
- Process Automation: Streamline repetitive workflows and reporting tasks using macros or automated data scripts to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with teams like Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations to understand their specific reporting requirements and track their KPIs.

1. Hard & Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel & Google Sheets: This is the core baseline. Mastery of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Validation,



and complex nested formulas is mandatory.

2. Soft & Analytical Skills

- Analytical Thinking: The ability to look past rows of numbers to identify performance trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy is vital, as a single faulty formula can skew an entire executive decision.
- Communication & Presentation: The capacity to translate dense, technical data sets into clear, straightforward language for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Time Management: Strict discipline to meet tight, recurring daily or monthly reporting deadlines.
- Data Visualization & BI Tools: Practical proficiency in platforms like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau to build interactive business dashboards.
- Database Management & Querying: Foundational knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data directly from relational databases.
- Basic Automation: Familiarity with VBA (Macros) or basic Python/Pandas scripts to automate routine spreadsheet workflows.

Pay: ₹11,186.12 - ₹25,000.00 per month
