Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and oversee the finance and accounting function of our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, project finance, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash-flow management, audits, internal controls and financial MIS.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function for the company and real estate projects.

· Manage project-wise accounting, costing, revenue recognition and profitability.

· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

· Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

· Manage statutory, internal and tax audits and coordinate with external auditors.

· Monitor project cash flows, budgets, fund utilization and financial planning.

· Review project expenses, construction costs, vendor payments and receivables.

· Monitor customer collections, outstanding payments and cash-flow requirements.

· Ensure accurate accounting of property sales,



customer receipts and project expenses.

· Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project finance and banking requirements.

· Monitor RERA-related financial and accounting requirements, wherever applicable.

· Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting systems.

· Prepare detailed MIS, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for management.

· Provide strategic financial advice to senior management on business and project decisions.

· Identify financial risks, improve processes and implement effective cost-control measures.

· Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and company policies.

Required Skills

· Solid expertise in Real Estate & Construction Finance.

· Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
