We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our MYDESIGNATION store at VR Mall, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, maintaining customer experience, and leading the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and daily business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor product availability, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and review daily sales and store performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Retail, Warehouse, HR, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales,



customer engagement, and store performance.
- Take ownership of store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in fashion retail/store management.
- Experience in managing a retail team and store operations.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory and retail operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Willingness to work in a mall environment and rotational shifts.

Preferred: Experience with fashion/lifestyle retail brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
