We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be interested in helping people plan their travel.
Key Requirements
- Must be a local candidate from Salem
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
- Interest in travel and tourism is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in person
- Assist customers with tour packages, flight, hotel, and travel bookings
- Follow up with customers and provide suitable travel options
- Support customers throughout the booking proces
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
