About the Role

- Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 / month (Based on interview performance and potential)
- Location: Janakpuri West, West Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Quality & Standards: Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and restaurant hygiene.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate, guide, and support the floor and kitchen teams.
- Customer Relations: Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Inventory & Costing: Monitor basic inventory levels, track wastage, and assist with cost control.
- Innovation & Growth: Bring fresh ideas to the table to boost customer engagement,



improve operations, and increase brand visibility.

What We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

- Education: Graduate or final-year student in Hotel Management / Hospitality. (Prior internship or basic hospitality experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome!)
- Mindset: Proactive, open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new aspects of the business.
- People Skills: Comfortable leading a team, interacting with guests, and building a positive work culture.
- Accountability: Willing to take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution.
