Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and tech-savvy Live Class Coordinator to manage the smooth execution of online/live classes and coordinate with faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor live online classes on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely start and smooth conduct of live sessions.
- Manage Zoom/Google Meet/YouTube Live and related platforms.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and the academic team.
- Handle basic technical issues during live classes.
- Monitor class attendance and maintain session records.
- Upload/manage class recordings and related study materials.




- Coordinate with the content and technical teams for class requirements.
- Ensure proper scheduling and communication of live classes.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome with valuable computer knowledge.
- Good hands-on experience with MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Comfortable working with online meeting/live-streaming platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive situations.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage.
