Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative ( Blended process - 90% Voice & 10% Non Voice) supporting a prestigious US Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based insurance companies, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally through phone and email to confirm legal representation and obtain required claim-related information.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to set up claims and follow up on claim status.
- Request, track and follow up for medical records from healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Accurately enter and update client, claim and case details in internal databases.
- Manage documentation, filing and other back-office/non-voice process activities.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, quality and turnaround time.
- Take on additional process responsibilities based on business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling international/US calls.
- Good listening, comprehension and questioning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Qualified and proactive approach while interacting with clients, insurers and healthcare providers.




- Comfortable working onsite in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and focused on productivity and quality.
- Prior experience in International Voice, US Insurance, Healthcare, Claims or Back-Office processes will be an added advantage.

This is a night shift role (to align with US business hours) with two days off per week.
