Provide legal support and advice to senior management on major matters — the engagements, partnerships and disputes where the agency’s name is directly on the line

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Legal Counsel at CryptoMize you will sit inside decision-making rather than alongside it: when a major engagement, partnership or dispute is being weighed,



you are in the room quantifying the legal risk in business terms. The role is analytical and hands-on — counsel here drafts their own instruments and argues their own positions.

The governance half of the seat is continuous: defining internal policies, checking compliance on a regular cadence, and ensuring statutory formalities are met across the corporate obligations of a multi-country operation. Environmental and social obligations that attach to corporate activity fall inside this remit and are handled with the same discipline.

Counsel also owns the protective perimeter — trademarks, patents and industrial designs for the agency and its managed marks — plus the knowledge base the department runs on. When the law moves in a market we serve, the department’s positions move with it, and that updating is yours.
