We are seeking motivated and dynamic Civil Engineering Graduates/ Diploma holders to join our team and lead a project.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Atleast 8 years experience in the construction of high rise buildings

The selected candidate will be required manage the end to end activities of the construction site.

Key responsibilities shall include:

- End to End Site Management: Manage and oversee all activities of the project and coordinate with multiple teams, departments and contractors to ensure timely progress of the project
- Project Planning & Management: Develop project plans, establish work schedules, and track progress against deadlines to manage costs effectively.
- Site Supervision & Safety: Monitor in office construction work for quality assurance, verify structural integrity,



and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Technical Documentation & Design: Review blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications to offer technical solutions. Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation.
- Billing and Verification: Ensure proper billing of all items of work through actual measurements as per IS Code.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and legal regulations.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
