Business Development Manager – Interior Design

We are looking for a well-experienced, dynamic Business Development Manager with strong contacts and networking within the Chennai interior design, construction and real-estate industry.

Role

- Generate current interior project leads through personal networks, referrals and industry contacts.
- Handle, follow up and convert incoming leads into confirmed projects.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, real-estate professionals, vendors and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and drive projects towards closure.
- Independently identify business opportunities without waiting for management instructions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets.





Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in interior-design sales/business development.
- Excellent network within the Chennai interiors and construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Energetic, proactive and highly self-driven.
- Must be based in Chennai and have good local market knowledge.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives.

We are looking for someone who can bring business, build relationships and take complete ownership of lead generation and conversion.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
