- Prepare and process IPD bills, including room charges, doctor consultation fees, procedures, investigations, pharmacy and other hospital services.
- Manage patient admission, discharge and final billing procedures.
- Prepare accurate final bills and ensure timely discharge of patients.
- Coordinate with TPA and insurance departments for cashless and insured patient billing.
- Verify billing entries, advance payments, outstanding balances and refunds.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, pharmacy and other departments to ensure accurate billing.
- Handle patient and attendant billing queries professionally.
- Maintain daily billing reports, payment records and outstanding payment details.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work efficiently with Hospital Management Software (HMS/HIS).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
